Home-Start Watford & Three Rivers was established in 1993, following collaboration with the local Social Services Teams, the Watford CVS and our first Chair Betty Reed. Each year over 120 families in Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere receive Home-Start support through a team of volunteers.
